Dear Assumption Family,
It
wouldn’t be real life if there weren’t a couple of “bumps in the road” when
putting together a gala event. April Knight 2014 was no exception!
At
Friday Knight Lights it seems as though the text instructions were not adequate
for the “insta-buy” dinners at the Daniels’ and Grubbs’ homes. Most bidders
were not able to successfully purchase these auction items, as it looked like
the events were sold out! As soon as April Knight concluded, we knew something
was drastically wrong since the dinners at the homes of Mike and Myra Daniel
and Steve and Kelly Grubbs have historically been extremely popular.
There
is only one thing we can do at this point . . . apologize for the error and
encourage you to please get your friends together and sign up for one of these
delightful evenings. You will have a wonderful time and April Knight will
benefit from your attendance.
If
you would like to attend one of these dinners, please follow the instructions
below:
To
attend the Wine Dinner at the Grubbs’ home on July 11, 2014 ($150 per person),
reply to any Qtego text with: BUY 500 (if you would like to purchase the dinner
for two people text BUY 500 two separate times, etc).
To
attend the Summer Spanish Festival at the Daniel’s home on September 6, 2014
($100 per person), reply to any Qtego text with: BUY 501 (if you would like to
purchase the dinner for two people text BUY 501 two separate times,
etc).
